SUMMARY OF VILLA OVERDON’S FEATURES
Villa Overdon, located in the picturesque village of Aiguines, is a charming house offering an exceptional view of Lake Sainte-Croix and close proximity to the Verdon Gorges. With a surface area of 110 m², it features a spacious living room/kitchen equipped with air conditioning, as well as 3 garden-level bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and now 2 toilets. The villa also boasts a 500 m² garden, providing a peaceful setting and a breathtaking view of the lake.

With its three-star rating (*) as a furnished holiday rental**, Villa Overdon stands out as a top destination for those seeking a peaceful and enriching stay in a spectacular setting.
Please note
Villa Overdon is, above all, an immersion in the stunning natural surroundings of the Verdon Gorges, just a few steps from the center of the picturesque village of Aiguines, with an exceptional view over Lake Sainte-Croix.
Without claiming to offer luxury, the villa ensures very good comfort with the amenities listed in our ad.
Air conditioning is installed in the spacious main living area combining the lounge, dining space, and kitchen, which opens fully onto the balcony/terrace thanks to its sliding pocket door system.
The bedrooms, located on the garden level and west-facing, benefit from natural coolness due to their orientation and semi-underground layout at the level of the shower rooms.
They are equipped with fans for hotter periods. Each bedroom features a French door with mosquito screen, offering direct access to the garden terrace.
This terrace is elevated 90 cm above the garden, offering an uninterrupted, plunging view over the lake.
We made this design choice to preserve the unique sensation of an endless panorama where the eye drifts toward the turquoise waters of the lake. A hedge is currently growing to provide a natural barrier, but no railing is installed — therefore, extra care is required with young children. BOOKING RESTRICTIONS
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
We are committed to preserving the care put into this home and maintaining its peaceful village setting.
NO SMOKING
Out of respect for future guests, smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the house and anywhere on the property.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Although we love animals, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate them for this rental.
RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS
Located in the quiet historic district of the small Provençal village of Aiguines, the area is home to many year-round local residents.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES
To ensure a smooth transition between guests, check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
CLEANLINESS & EQUIPMENT CARE
Please take care of the equipment provided, and leave the villa as clean as you found it.
BOOKING & DEPOSIT
The booking request is made via the form at the top of this page by indicating the week you wish to reserve and the number of guests (maximum capacity: 6).
The total rental amount provided will include utilities as well as the tourist tax.
We are unable to accept reservations from individuals under the age of 18.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 40% of the total rental amount will be required, payable by credit card via this website. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before your arrival date. A reminder email will be sent to you with a link for online payment. |

You pay the full amount by credit card on this website to reserve the villa. |
SECURITY DEPOSIT
To ensure the well-being of our guests, a €400 security deposit will be requested following your booking. A deduction from the deposit may apply for excessive cleaning, an uncleaned plancha grill, or any other damage requiring replacement or repair.
This deposit can be paid through a secure Stripe link 🔒, which we will send to you via message 15 days before your arrival (this allows our primarily international clientele to avoid paying the deposit in cash or by cheque). It will be automatically refunded to you within 7 days after your departure, following a satisfactory inspection of the villa. Your peace of mind and the quality of your stay are our top priorities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation of a reserved stay must be communicated by email and will only be considered effective after receiving our confirmation email.
- A refund of payments made, minus online payment fees (3%), is available if the cancellation occurs up to 30 days before the arrival date.
- No refund will be made after this 30-day deadline.
In the event of early departure, for any reason, the total amount of the stay will be charged. No complaints or claims will be considered.
Guests are reminded, in accordance with Article L.121-21-8 (12) of the French Consumer Code, that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code.
The Terms and Conditions below specify the conditions for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation.
RENTAL PROCEDURE
Check-in is from 4:00 PM onwards. Please provide us with an approximate arrival time.
Check-out is before 10:00 AM to allow preparation for the next guests.
At the end of your stay, please leave the property in the same condition in which you found it.
INSURANCE
Please remember to check with your insurance company whether your home insurance policy includes a holiday rental (“villégiature”) clause. If it does not, you can usually arrange a temporary extension for the duration of your stay.
We strongly recommend taking out this coverage for the length of your holiday, as you are responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
