• It offers 110 m² spread between the ground floor and the garden level, promising comfort and freedom of movement for its guests. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the spacious living area, which in turn opens wide—thanks to its sliding pocket door—onto a balcony/terrace overlooking Lake Sainte-Croix. 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets.
• Its 500 m² garden, enhanced by a terrace facing Lake Sainte-Croix, invites guests to relax outdoors with a breathtaking panoramic view, offering a peaceful setting for magical moments.
• With its three elegantly appointed bedrooms—including a master bedroom with private shower room and toilet, a second with a double bed, and one with two single beds—all three rooms open directly onto the garden-side terrace. Another shower room and separate toilet are also located on this level. The villa comfortably accommodates families and groups of friends.

Air conditioning is available in the large living area that includes the lounge, dining area, and kitchen, which opens fully onto the balcony/terrace thanks to its sliding pocket door system.

The bedrooms, located on the garden level and facing west, benefit from natural “coolness” due to their orientation and their semi-underground layout at the level of their en-suite shower rooms.
They are equipped with fans for hot periods. Each room has a French door with a mosquito screen, offering direct access to the garden terrace.

This terrace is elevated 90 cm above the garden, providing an uninterrupted view over the lake.

We chose not to install a railing in order to preserve this unique feeling of an endless panorama where the eye can drift toward the turquoise waters of the lake. A hedge is currently growing to create a natural barrier, but please note there is no railing—extra care is required for young children. (See photos of the bedroom terrace to visualize the layout.)

This house is, above all, our family home, which we arrange and adapt with the seasons according to our tastes and habits.
